    Hire using the online booking system, ensure to select postal delivery in the check out and enter address. Or dm us via IG or the website

  • 3. Posting

    We will post on Monday or Tuesday for weekend hires or 3-5 business days before for any other hires (depending on Aus post delivery time)

  • 4. Return

    Use the prepaid satchel included with your rental to return it on the next business day (usually Monday, unless it's a public holiday).

Returning Your Hire

1. Return the item on the first business day following your rental period (e.g., if your rental ends on Sunday, return it on Monday).

2. Place the unwashed/dry cleaned garment in the plastic sleeve provided and then put it into the prepaid satchel.

3. Seal the satchel and go into your local post office. Drop the parcel at the counter and receive a receipt (for proof of postage). Send a photo of the receipt via Instagram, text, or email that you've sent the package.
