Do you offer refunds?

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • If you change your mind and cancel your booking 7 days or more prior to the booking date, you may receive a credit note valued at the price of the rental.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your hire period, the payment is non refundable.

Store credit:

All refunds will be applied with store credit.

Do I need to wash the dress before returning?

No, we handle the washing/dry cleaning.

When can I pick up my hire?

For weekend hires, pick ups can be made from 7pm Thurday onwards. For Friday hires, pick ups are available from Thursday. Dm us on Instagram for any queries.

When do I return my hire?

Drop off your item on the last day of your hire period before 7pm, usually Sunday. You will receive a text and email reminder (check junk) with instructions on your last hire day.

How should i come prepared to a try on?

Do not wear makeup, fresh tan, or come straight from the gym for try-ons. If staining occurs, you will be responsible for dry cleaning costs after inspection of the items.

A makeup protector will be provided for those wearing makeup, and it must be used.

When will my order be dispatched for interstate hires?

Your order will be dispatched minimum 3 days before your hire period. Depending on Aus post delivery time this may vary.
